Who you are contracting with

The services described on this website are provided by Groweit Digital Marketing Agency, C204, Deepali Residency, Kharvai, Badlapur East 421503, Maharashtra, India (“GrowEIT”, “we”, “us”).

Payment is due in advance

All services are payable in full before work begins. If you take a monthly package, the fee is payable in advance of each month's work. If we agree a fixed quote for a specific piece of work, the full quoted amount is payable before that work commences.

Monthly packages are billed monthly in advance. We are not obliged to issue a ten-day prior notice before billing.

Amounts paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. See the Refund Policy for the full position.

Tax

GST is not applicable to these services at present. Prices shown are the total payable. If our tax status changes we will update this page and prices will be shown inclusive or exclusive as required at that time.

What the audit is

The D2C Revenue Leak Audit is a one-time diagnostic service. You receive a written report of the findings, a recorded video walkthrough of your advertising account, a prioritised list of recommended fixes, and one 45-minute call.

It is an analysis and advisory service. We do not make changes to your advertising accounts, your store or your campaigns as part of it, and we request read-only access only.

What we need from you

Delivery depends on you granting read-only access to the relevant accounts. The seven-day delivery window begins when that access is working, not at the time of payment.

If access is not provided, the work cannot proceed. Please see the Refund Policy for what happens in that situation.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee any specific return on advertising spend, revenue figure, ROAS or business outcome. The audit reports what your data shows and recommends changes; results depend on decisions and execution outside our control.

Findings are based on the data available in the accounts you give us access to at the time. Incomplete or misconfigured tracking in those accounts limits what can be established, and we will say so plainly in the report where that is the case.

Confidentiality

Everything we see in your accounts is treated as confidential. We do not sell, share or publish your data. Case studies are anonymised or published only with your written permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost revenue.

Acceptance

By paying for a service you confirm that the package and its terms have been explained to you, that you understand them, and that you agree to the payment terms set out above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
