Refund Policy

No refunds

All amounts paid to GrowEIT are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This applies to one-time services and to monthly packages alike.

We state this plainly and prominently rather than in small print, so that nobody pays under a misunderstanding.

Why the policy is this strict

Our services are delivered as work and information. Once an audit has been carried out, the findings cannot be returned; you keep the report, the recording and the fix list regardless of what you do next. For monthly packages, the team and the ad management are committed for the month at the point the month begins.

A finding of “your account is largely clean”

This is a legitimate outcome and is not grounds for a refund. You are buying the examination, not a guaranteed list of problems. Confirming an account is in good order is useful information and takes the same work to establish.

Cancellation of monthly packages

You may stop a monthly package at any time by telling us before the next month begins. The month already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

If access is never provided

If you buy an audit and do not grant the account access needed to perform it, we will contact you to arrange it. The fee remains non-refundable, and the audit remains available to you once access is provided.
