Who we are

What we collect from the website

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, store URL, and where asked, your monthly advertising spend band and billing country.

We also collect standard technical information your browser sends, such as approximate location, device type and the pages you viewed.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to deliver a service you have paid for, and to keep a record of the engagement. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Your region is detected in your browser purely to display the correct currency and payment route. That detection happens on your device and is not stored.

Access to your advertising and store accounts

If you buy an audit, you grant read-only access to accounts such as Meta Ads, Shopify and Google Ads. We use that access solely to perform the audit you commissioned.

We never request passwords, and we never require edit access. You can revoke access at any time from within those platforms. Anything we see in your accounts is treated as confidential.

Where work is used publicly as a case study, it is either anonymised or published only with your written permission.

Payments

Card and online payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see, handle or store your card details at any point.

Where your data is held

Form submissions and client records are stored in our business system, which is hosted by Odoo. Email is handled by Google. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security terms.

Cookies and embedded content

This site sets the cookies required for it to function. Pages containing video use privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds, which do not set tracking cookies unless you play the video.

We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and client records for as long as needed for our business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email groweitmarketing@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
